The apartment Garden is made by 1 bedroom and has got a direct access to the large garden from the living room and the bedroom. Renting one of the two apartments it is possible to ask for an exclusive use of all the garden get more privacy and in order not to share any space with other guests of the holiday home. The apartment Square is made by 2 bedrooms and has got its access to the garden through a lateral gate. The two apartments have independent access directly from the street and are available for rental together or as separate units. It is possible to go to the beach on the Adriatic from May to September and sample delicious seafood dishes all year round in the restaurants on the waterfront in less than 1 hour drive. The nearest sandy beaches are in Fano (50 km) and Pesaro (60 km).

The apartment is composed by 2 double bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, sitting/living room overlooking the garden provided with Sat tv (international channels in English, German, French..), ½ bathroom in the living area, 1 bathroom with shower. The apartment is at ground level and has got independent access directly from the street. Wooden-beam ceilings and antique furniture provide the characteristic athmosphere and authenticity of Le Marche region. The apartment can sleep up to 4 people. It is suitable for a couple with children or two couples. The queen bed in the bedroom overlooking the garden can be converted to two single beds. A baby-cot can be added upon request. Exclusive use of the terrace outside the apartment, in the floored area of the garden, very appreciated for having breakfast and meals alfresco. Renting the apartment it is possible to ask for the exclusive use of all the garden in order not to share the garden with other guests of the holiday home.
