Villa Pian di Pieca is located in the upper valley of Fiastrella between the medieval towns of San Ginesio Sarnano and close to the Sibillini National Park (just 5 km away). Villa Pian di Pieca is typical for the region of Le Marche beautiful brick building, recently renovated by the property meets standards of good. It has not lost the charm of the original house. The characteristic beam ceiling and stone walls remained. The villa is equipped with fine Italian furniture.
Outside the villa has a beautiful garden with a 20 x 10 swimming pool, four fabulous verandas for "dining al fresco" in the summer and a gazebo. This property is ideal for a large group of friends or two families wishing to holiday together.
