The surrounding land is well preserved and cultivated and is scattered with old rural houses. You may directly find typical products like wine, fruit, olive oil...
In any structure (Villa Ovest, Dependance and Dei Fiori) is an ADSL internet connection without wires (wireless system), the guests with their portable computers can connect to the Internet for free as often as you want, in holiday home who have chosen and also .. in the garden!

In the mezzanine there's a sitting room with kitchen and a lounge where you can pleasantly read or talk.
Here, years ago, during the grape harvest, the Geminiani family had lunch with the farm collaborators.
Various events join past and present, like, for instance, the wine-making in the facing winery.
On the first and second floor there are four wide and tastefully furnished rooms; through their windows you can look at the picturesque appearance of the Apennines chain.
150 square metres - 12 beds - living room with kitchen - 2 bathrooms (washer) - 3 double bedrooms and 2 tripple bedroom (cradle available).
