Villa Chiara is situated in the heart of the wonderful country-side of the Marche. This lovely residence is plunged into the Verdicchio d.o.c. vineyards of Matelica with a wonderful view over the surrounding hills.
The property is surrounded by a wide garden with different fruit trees which are beautiful to see on spring time because of their flowering and very “tasty” during the summer thanks to their fruit.
That’s the perfect place to spend some relaxing moments reading a good book or maybe tasting a local wine.
Each one of the four bedrooms is characterized by personal fittings but all of them reflect the simple authentic style of ancient Italian country houses with wrought iron beds and old style furniture.
You can enjoy a suggestive view over the surrounding valley or over the garden from all the rooms.
Downstairs you can find the informal and pleasant dining-room; it derives from an old stall and it allows a direct access to the garden. Next to the dining-room you have a comfortable relax corner furnished with some sofas and a bookcase.
A professional kitchen is at our guests’ disposal.
At the arrival of our guests we offer them a welcome basket with some typical food-stuffs.
You can enjoy the view of amazing sunsets from the swimming pool as it is situated in a panoramic position plunged into the nature.
The house is not that far from Matelica and it is located in a strategic position to easily reach different destinations such as Fabriano, the Grotte di Frasassi and Monte San Vicino which are very interesting from the cultural point of view besides their landscapes.
You can even leave from here to visit some abbeys, hermitages, castles and medieval villages as well as some archaeological areas and naturalistic itineraries to enjoy regenerating “green” walks among vineyards or beech and oak woods.
Besides that, you can also have the possibility to enjoy a horse-riding stroll, a mountain bike excursion and some trekking paths or you can practise paragliding, hang-gliding and sport fishing.
