The farm holidays Terre Vineate is part of an agricultural firm family management of around 20 hectares, cultivated mainly in vineyards, and with some woods of tall stem, from fruit (noceto and hypocrite oaks)and from wood (cherries): the firm integrally operates in the biological crops field.
The farm holidays Terre Vineate consists of two buildings, both of which were renovated in the light of the old designs. Local building techniques have been applied, which were almost forgotten. Each of the five apartments has its own entrance. Prices include weekly cleaning and linen change. For community use of the holidaymakers are grills and a large swimming pool. Internet and fax machine can be used by the owner (70 m away from the apartments). Wifi is also available in the apartments.
Each villa is equipped with a laundry room for guests, washing machine, clothes dryer and iron with ironing board included. Every of the 5 apartments has independent entry.

House Quintì is a rural house of beginnings '900: the name derives from that of the last owner with which we still today identify the house. The structure includes the apartment Victoria and the apartment Italia.
House Pianella takes name from the last sharecropper that has lived in there. It is more ancient than the other. His restructuring respected the historical structure: mislead to sight cover the ceiling and in some points the walls discovered the native structure in bricks. The house is separated in three apartments: Inzola, Regina and Sublima.

The rooms of the four independent apartments have been all elegantly restructured and assure maximum comfort for a stay in relax and best rest. All the apartments are endowed with bath and equipped kitchen; they enjoy of a splendid view on the marvelous piceno hilly panorama. Their 5 names are those as many table grapes' qualities.
