At Villa Atonia there are two large independent apartments. One on the ground floor with portico used (only when there are no guests) by the owners and the rented one on the first floor with a panoramic terrace.

Villa Antonia is surrounded by a very large garden on a hill. Elms, plum trees, pine trees, palms, cypresses, olive trees, limes and other fruit trees, give shade in the sunny summers From the garden you can admire the hills, the countryside, some farm houses and enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Sibillini Mountains.

THE ADRIATIC SEA
Villa Antonia is only 15 minutes away from the beach of The Riviera delle Palme, one of the most beautiful and famous of the Adriatic coast. There are sandy white beaches, suitable for everybody. The sea is transparent and has been awarded "blue flag", internationaql award by F.E.E., index of high standards regarding water quality, environmental management, safety & services and environmentalbehaviour. The nearest beaches are in Grottammare, San Benedetto del Tronto, Cupra Marittima.

SWIMMING POOL
The sun-drenched swimming pool is surrounded by pine trees, oleanders, and exotic plants. It is on a terrace facing south with solarium and shower.

TENNIS COURT
The tennis court is equipped with night lighting, so you can play all hours. Equipment to play is available.

THE AREA
Above the medieval villages of Cossignano, Castignano, Offida, Ripatransone, Acquaviva Picena and many others, very close to Villa Antonia there is the ancient Ascoli Piceno, called "the travertine city". Piazza Arringo with the Cathedral where you can admire polyptych by Carlo Crivelli, the Pinacoteca with its masterpieces, Piazza del Popolo, one of the most charming in Italy, with the Church of Saint Francesco, and the old Meletti Café, are only some of the beautiful sights you can enjoy.
