The villa has a ground floor living room with fireplace and sofa bed, equipped with TV and CD player. Also on the ground floor are the kitchen with refrigerator, 4 burner gas stove with oven, electric kettle and a laundry room with iron and ironing board. Upstairs are a bedroom with double bed, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. Outside the villa there is a private pool (13 x 7) with outdoor shower, sitting area with a gazebo and barbecue.
The property is situated between the beautiful coastal town of Fano, a UNESCO World Heritage Site of Urbino. This comfortable home is nestled in a fenced garden with pool. The facility is well maintained and invites you to relax. From the terrace you can have a great view of the atmospheric hills of Le Marche, where you can enjoy a barbecue or just a drink at the sunset.
The house shares the building (but not the pool) with another house. This is used by the owner and not the rent inhabited.
