Casa Maddalena is a beautiful restored villa with a private pool in stunning scenery.. This house is situated in Gualdo bordering the National Park of Sibillini Mountains. The property is a stone-house comprising 170 square meters of living space over two floors. It has traditional exposed stone walls, tile and beam ceilings. All the rooms are spacious and generously proportioned, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. On the ground floor there are a large living room with fireplace and a sofa-bed, 1 fully-equipped kitchen with 4 stoves, oven, fridge and dishwasher, 1 toilet and 1 laundry room. On the first floor 1 double room with its own shower room, 1 twin, 1 bunk beds room and another shower room. Casa Maddalena is found in the middle of Marche just a few minutes from the medieval towns of Sarnano and San Ginesio, 30 min. from Macerata where take place the Sferisterio Opera Festival and 10 min. from the Sibillini National Park, a vast area covering nearly 2 milion acres, making it the third biggest in Italy.
