Casa Ludo is a beautifully restored house in the old country style that will blend into the green landscape. From there, you have an excellent view of the majestic mountains of Monti Sibillini to the Adriatic. In addition to these offers breathtaking views of the location of the property a favorable position for many cultural leisure trips.
Nearby is the town of Macerata, where you can shop and has an open arena for opera festival. Are also within easy reach with a concert festival Fermo and Ascoli Piceno with one of the most beautiful places in Europe. In just 30 minutes by car is the sea lovers on the coast of the Riviera delle Palme.
The house is beautifully furnished and equipped with every comfort. It is equipped with one double, one twin, two shower baths, living room, kitchen, laundry room and garden (200 sqm) with a Jacuzzi tub.
Near the house (less than 100 meters away) there are 4 tennis courts, a restaurant, bar and swimming pool.
