Apartment "Mare" is beautifully situated at only 50 meters from the
sandy and velvety beach of the Adriatic Sea, the friendly sea, the sea of
intimacy. The apartment is particularly well suited for families with
children. It has an independent entrance, is equipped with all comfort and boasts a wide garage where you can park your car with tranquillity.<br>
Its major asset is the spacious ocean-view terrace where the guests can
pleasantly eat, read and talk.<br>
The climate in this bathing locality, which has conserved some of the
special fascination of 50's, is mild and curative all year-round. Grottammare is encircled by soft green hills which seem to consist of a myriad small gardens which are lovingly cultivated.<br>
As in a pearl necklace the small medieval villages are situated side by side
on the hills, rich of art, of history, with narrow streets, small churches, little piazzas and homey restaurants where you can taste typical dishes of
the region and drink the excellent wines D.O.C.<br>
